WinX Menu in Windows 10

In this tutorial, we will discuss the WinX Menu, and we will go through its options one by one.

How can we access the WinX Menu?

As the name implies, we can access the WinX Menu by pressing the Windows logo button continuously and the x button together, doing so will make WinX Menu pop-up as shown in the below picture.


The WinX Menu enables you to have quick access to many useful Windows features:

1- Programs and features: You can uninstall a program from your computer if you no longer use it or if you want to free up space on your hard disk. You can use Programs and Features.

2- Mobility center: If you use a laptop, you can quickly access settings (for example, speaker volume, wireless network connection status, and display brightness) in Windows Mobility Center. All these settings are in one location, so you save time and don’t need to remember where each setting is located.


3- Power options: here you can manage the difference power plans

4- Event Viewer: check your system log messages during after boot process

5- System: displays your PC’s brief hardware information such as installed memory and CPU

6- Device manager: helps you manage hardware resources like adding / removing hardware or updating drivers.

7- Network connection: manage your network connection and display installed network adapter

8- Disk Management: manage installed disks like partitioning

9- Task manager: monitor resources utilization and running processes

10- Control panel: a general place to control and manage any aspect of hardware and software on your PC

11- Desktop: minimizes all applications and shows your desktop

12- File Explorer: manages files and folders in your PC
