CCNP Certification

CCNP Routing and Switching R&S Certification

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching

The CCNP certification proves that the holder of the certificate has the ability to plan and implement a variety of short and long-range enterprise networks.

It also demonstrates that the holder can work with experts in interactive and collaborative efforts in order to promote security and technical solutions, especially in relation to voice, video, and other wireless issues.

The certification is designed for those who have already obtained at least one year of experience in networking. Furthermore, the certification will give the holder the credentials to move head and work independently on more complex issues in the networking field.

There are also a variety of job positions available to those who have achieved the CCNP Routing and switching certification, among which are: support engineer, network technician, network engineer, and systems engineer.

Therefore, obtaining the CCNP certification will allow those who work at lower-paying and less prestigious fields of networking to move forward and expand their careers. As a result of this, the tests required for CCNP demand students with the commitment to work for the physical and virtual needs of an increasingly complex and important networking market.

Prerequisites

In order to obtain the certificate, valid Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification or any other Cisco CCIE certification is necessary.
